[SOLVED] 3 monitors setup-only 2 working now since some recent updates

Hello.

I have 3 (identical) HDMI monitors (with a NVIDIA T600 card having 4 HDMI outputs).
Until now, everything was working fine under ARCH + GNOME.

I hadn't rebooted my desktop since 2-3 weeks. Did today some updates, and after having restarted : only two monitors out of three are now detected.

Of course i've tested the cables and HDMI ports and monitors : everything is individually working fine (each monitor with any cable and any output of the NVIDIA card is working).
The only problem is when i have the 3 monitors plugged in : only two are now detected.
So i definitely suspect a software issue.

What can i check ?
Which packages could be faulty ?
What to reverse ? NVIDIA drivers ? Kernel ? Something else ?

Ok, forget about it - it was a "half-faulty" cable (when i tested everything individually, it worked fine ! but in the end there is a "false contact" somewhere in one cable, and depending how it's plugged, it's working / not working when being slightly moved).
