[RFC/Testing] Porting RTL8723BS driver to upstream rtw88 framework

Hi all,

I am working on porting the rtl8723bs WiFi driver to the upstream rtw88 framework. The goal is to provide a cleaner, more stable, and upstream-compatible driver to replace the currently problematic staging implementations.

Status:
I have completed the initial porting and the interface can be brought up; however, scans are currently failing. As I lack the physical hardware to conduct real-world verification, I am looking for users with RTL8723BS-based hardware (e.g., Medion Akoya, HP Stream, etc.) to assist with testing and logging.

EDIT: Scans are now working, but authentication fails when connecting to the network and I am actively working on fixing the issue. One tester has provided me with ssh access over ethernet so development is going much faster now, but testers and help with development is always welcome.

Safety Warning: > As this is a kernel module, it carries the risk of kernel panics or system instability. Please ensure you have a fallback kernel installed or a Live USB handy before testing.

How to help:
Detailed testing instructions, including automated debug capture scripts, can be found in the repository README.

If you have a device and are willing to test, any feedback—logs, success reports, or crash details—would be invaluable for the porting effort. Thank you for your time.
