[RELEASE] WallShift - GTK4 wallpaper manager with rotation & color pal

Hi everyone,

Managing wallpapers on Wayland often requires combining multiple CLI tools. I developed WallShift, a GTK4 wallpaper manager built for Hyprland users who want an all-in-one visual solution.

- Wallpaper Cycling & Scheduling: Automatically rotate wallpapers from your favorite directories.
- Color Palette Export: Extract color palettes from wallpapers to integrate with your system colorschemes.

Installation:
Available on the AUR (both tagged release and git versions):

yay -S wallshift
