Bluetooth connection problem

Hi, i use arch for a while and i want to connect it to an airpod(not apple) and it cannot connect. And if by miracle it connected, no sound comes out. Btw it arch works with a bluetooth speaker and the airpod works with phone. How do i sole that, thanks
