Block Gstreamer Package Upgrade

I use the Rygel Media Server on Arch KDE. Since gstreamer updated to 1.28.1, the videos will not play on Roku's. Had an Arch back up from January that has gstreamer 1.26.10 and the videos played. i restored that image and did pacman -Syu and the videos no longer play.

Can't I block grstreamer from updating? I know it might cause other issues, but just want to see if that update could be the problem.
