zotac zbox 1080 all front usb 3.1 ports not working

hi i have a zotac zbox 1080 maining archlinux and kde as my DE. but for somereson my from usb  3 type c port can not connect to any devices, it charges them, but nothing else, and the same happens on my backup win10 partation. my pc is a indian spec enginering sample https://www.zotac.com/in/product/discon … ore&page=2 (this is diffrent than mine, mine has a intel i7 7700hq and 32 gigs of ddr 4 ram and 2tb ssd and a 128 gig 2.5in sata drive. help would be much appreshaited. sorry for the typos

Then this looks more like a hardware issue (defect/Engineering Sample Quirk), than a software issue.
But check if you can change something in BIOS, or hardware jumper on the mainboard.
