how supported is archinstall from another machine?

Greetings,

I found that the arch installer isn't ui friendly enough for installations incase a browser is needed so I've opted to use the bootstrap feature (download a tar file chroot into it and run the install).
I'm using sysrescuecd or ubuntu as boot medium, however I keep getting different errors, from sig not detected on the target hdd after the drive partitioniing or ntp sync blocked due to timezone diff in the chroot.

that causes me to wonder, is this feature even supported?

Please don't paraphrase, https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=57855
But you can just set the timezone to match the host, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Instal … guide#Time
