Hi,
I noticed that eudev and elogind are not in the AUR or packages, or at least I cannot find them.
Is there a specific policy against this, or would it be ok if I/someone else added them?

The claim for the deletion request was that those are incompatible w/ archlinux (arch-archlinux, not artix etc)?

Theoretically It should be doable to create packages for those and submit them to aur.
They'd have to coexist with every member of base meta-package (that includes systemd) .
Installing them to /opt would prob give the best chance to achieve that.
Don't start writing PKGBUILDs yet though as this will be a massive undertaking.
Start with selecting an alternative PID 1 that is supported on archlinux.
Install it, use it and get to know how it works.
Improve its functionality/ease of use on archlinux.
Try to establish/grow an active group of archlinux users for that PID 1.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
