Reproducible on two arch machines, one with Nvidia graphics, one with Intel.
Standalone LSP plugins open fine. It only occurs when opening within Ardour.
In Gnome, LSP plugin GUI's load normally. Some light research led me to believe it could be a compatibility issue with x11 on COSMIC.
Ardour devs tend to point to xorg-xwayland for issues like this. However, I can run the same plugin inside Reaper running on xwayland in COSMIC.
Tried capturing Ardour logs, but only really get:
zsh: segmentation fault (core dumped) ardour9in journalctl i see:

...Any advice would be welcome. I am attached to Ardour for my work, and it's the one thing keeping me from switching entirely to COSMIC.

Not of any help here, but I'm surprised that Ardour even works on Wayland! It's one big reason I stick to X.
