[SOLVED] qgis fails to start

After the upgrade to qgis-4.0.x the application fails to start with:

❯ qgis
qgis: error while loading shared libraries: libQt6UiTools.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

to resolve this one needs to install qt6-tools manually

"hours" and "because" (filed it in response and on behalf because of the situation around getting gitlab accounts…)
