Timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid/[UUID]

This morning I installed arch on a lenovo laptop via a usb stick with arch already installed and I have issues I never experienced.
When I'm trying to boot, it starts a bunch of things and it shows

[ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device /dev/disk/by-uuid/[and it shows the uuid of the root disk]
[ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for Initrd Root Device.
[ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for /sysroot.
[ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for Initrd Root File System.
[ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for File System Check on /dev/disk/by-uuid/[root disk uuid]
[ OK ] Stopped target Basic System.
[ OK ] Stopped target System initialization.
[ OK ] Started Emergency shell.
[ OK ] Reached target Emergency mode.
[ OK ] Reached target initrd file systems.
You are in emergency mode. After logging in, type "journalctl -xb" to view system logs, "systemctl reboot" to reboot, or "exit" to continue bootup.

Cannot open acces to console, the root account is locked.
See sulogin(8) man page for more details.

Press Enter to continue.

So I hope you could help me because I'm really struggling.
