Force sway at a certain refresh rate with vrr

Hi,
Are there any ways to force sway to always be at a certain refresh rate when vrr is on ? Because its normal behaviour is to default to 48hz, my monitor's lowest refresh rate when there's no events or so.

Well that seems contrary to the purpose of vrr, no?

Simply toggle between vrr output config when you want it enabled, and desired refresh rate output when you don't.

I meant to say lock vrr's resfresh rate when not in fullscreen. But yeah it's what I'm already doing, it was mostly out of curiosity.
