Busybox build erro

I am trying to build busybox-1.36.1 from source code, then I use "make menucofig" to config that, but it got wrong.

 *** Unable to find the ncurses libraries or the
 *** required header files.
 *** 'make menuconfig' requires the ncurses libraries.
 *** 
 *** Install ncurses (ncurses-devel) and try again.
 *** 

Ncurses I had been installed
