Hello,
This specifically happens when I play 3d games like Frostpunk. The game will usually freeze and the system will be somewhat responsive for a bit. If I'm not able to shut the system down quickly the whole thing will become unresponsive. I can still move my mouse around but I can't open applications and if I have a terminal open any commands I type won't be recognized by bash. Shutting the system down when this happens just causes it to freeze with the screen off. Or at least not shut down. I can run frostpunk just fine on lower settings and my system handles high cpu loads just fine. I've also been able to run the pc just fine on other OSs so I doubt its a hardware issue.

AMD has some issues lately but there's no output attached to that GPU, you're likely running on

Since it's an GA102 [GeForce RTX 3080] - do you get the same problem w/ https://aur.archlinux.org/packages?O=0&K=580xx and disabling the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA … P_firmware ?
