Extremely Unstable FPS

Hi, normally I only play Minecraft. A couple weeks back I decided to try out Ubuntu, it worked way better than arch at a +300 FPS difference normally. I have an Iris Xe iGPU with about 32 GiBs of ram with a 11th gen i7 Tiger Lake with about 4 physical cores. Normally I go from like 100 fps down to 10. Is there a way to fix this?

If you're on xorg, make sure you are not accidentally running on the software renderer because you have xf86-video-intel installed unnecessarily. Generally which desktops on Ubuntu/Arch?

What output do you get from

glxinfo -B
lspci -knnd ::300
