out of date spam flagging

A flag message with the message "Mr. President A Second Plane Has Hit The Boom(aur)er https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJWqHmY-g9U https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=072Nu54avdU" has been flooding many packages as of today, some of the affected packages i've seen:
lib32-nvidia-580xx-utils
nvidia-580xx-utils
nvidia-580xx-dkms
paru
paru-git
there's more...

Also hit with this today. Flagging out of date is one thing. I can unflag packages that I'm currently maintaining. But the spam also makes orphan requests wasting the admins' time. My package that has been targeted:
- amethyst-mod-manager

Spam accounts:
- zvbepb
- lincolnadele5994
- vjzzpvy0493n

These accounts are less than a day old it seems.
