GEEKOM Air12 Lite (N95) either hangs in suspend or no eth device

Using kernel 7.1.4 the Air12 Lite hangs in suspend  and can not be recovered without power off. It really looks like it does not go to sleep since the fan still runs.

On LTS 6.18.39  suspend works and the computer can be woken up. But the ethernet card is not recognized.

The driver used in 7.1.4 is:

Concerning the suspend issue, it appears between kernel 7.0.11 and 7.1.2.
