Audio not working while playing a game

Hi i am using arch almost a month now and i had this issue that whenever i play a game on steam (example :goose goose duck) i get audio but when i speak to the mic but no one can hear me and the game shows that i dont speak i tried everything i asked ai i tried a few commands at the terminal i changed some settings in the game,at steam none of it work. how can i fix it (sorry for my bad english)

Too little information provided...arch configurations differ (I have xfce)...but to give some info:

Pavucontrol (speaker icon on top) has Input Devices selection.
Type alsamixer in console, you can choose your soundcard and capture..check that value not zero.

Also throw in

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
pactl list cards
pactl list sources
#During an active not working recording
pactl list source-outputs

and post that wrapped in  [code][/code] tags
