Why not use the namespace Draft ?

Such as a page:
Draft:How to partition system drive prior to installation of Arch Linux
Help:Namespaces - mediawiki.org

Re: Why not use the namespace Draft ?

Did you mean https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MintyDocs ?
The correct link is btw https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Namespaces (no trailing slash) and in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Namespaces#User it literally says

This page and subpages of it can be used by users to […] test and draft new content.

Edit: also you probably want to explain "why" because otherwise the answer to "why not" is "because no why"

Re: Why not use the namespace Draft ?

Example at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:*
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Fujifilm_X-T30_III

For Example, to begin to create a new article or to begin a rewrite of a current article in a new way that is not a stepwise change but a reorganizing.

Re: Why not use the namespace Draft ?

I guess everybody knows what a draft is, I meant "what's wrong w/ the User namespace?"
